These reports include information on your site's search engine optimization&mdash;tracking your efforts to be more friendly to search engines and therefore searchable by more people online.

Now that you've improved your site, why not promote it? It's time to learn how to set up Web campaigns through Google AdWords. By the end of this lesson, you'll know how to track the impact of campaigns and AdWords advertising through specially created Google Analytics reports.

A binding agreement shall arise between you and Vibe Learning Pty Ltd, which shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, when you accept the Terms and Conditions by;

  • Making your first course payment, whether the payment is in full or a part payment on a payment plan OR;

  • Ticking the box 'I agree to Ezypay's Terms and Conditions' in the Ezypay online sign up form.

Course Fees

Course fees are subject to change at any time. All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable.   

Course Access

All courses are delivered online. No printed course materials will be issued. Course access will be issued online within 1-3 business days of receipt of the first payment. The duration of course access is stated on the course description page, displayed on the Vibe Learning website. In the event that you do not complete the course within the given timeframe, your course will be immediately suspended and access to the course denied.  

Payment Plans Cancellation Policy

Students are entitled to withdraw from a course at any time, however once the Terms and Conditions have been accepted and online access to the learning portal has been issued via email, full fees are required. Terms and Conditions are accepted by ticking the box 'I have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions' on the checkout page, payment plan subscription form OR by making your first course payment, whether the payment is in full or a part payment on a payment plan.

Full fees are required even if you do not complete the course, unless otherwise advised. Non payment may result in course access being denied and funds being recovered through a debt collection agency with additional costs incurred by the student.  

We offer flexible payment plans, allowing you to spread the cost of your course. Please note that when opting for a payment plan, you will be required to agree to the payment gateway’s terms and conditions. The payment gateway may charge customer fees, which you need to be aware of before proceeding. Details of these fees can be found on the subscription form and within their terms and conditions. We recommend reviewing this information carefully to ensure you understand all applicable charges.

Failure to make weekly payments as agreed may result in your course access being suspended until all arrears are cleared. Failed payments will be automatically reattempted by the payment gateway, and the payment may be withdrawn on any day following the initial failure. Customers are liable for any failed payments and should ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid interruptions to their studies. To avoid disruptions to your studies, we encourage you to stay on top of your payment schedule.

Students enrolled on a payment plan may begin studying immediately; however, assessments will only be graded and certificates issued once at least 50% of the total course fee has been received. Vibe Learning Pty Ltd reserves the right to restrict assessment submissions, grading, certification, and progression within a course until this payment threshold has been met.

Vibe Learning retain the sole discretion concerning whether a course and payment plan may be placed on hold.  Requests of such a nature must be made in writing to admin@vibelearning.com.au for consideration.

If payment is made on behalf of a student the person making the payment whether that be full payment or a payment plan is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions after the first course payment is made.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No refund is available once the Terms and Conditions have been accepted. Terms and Conditions are accepted by ticking the box 'I have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions' on the checkout page, online subscription form OR by making your first course payment, whether the payment is in full or a deposit/part payment on a payment plan.

Students that are studying a course that advertises a money back guarentee.  Cancellation requests must be made in writing to admin@vibelearning.com.au and received within 7 days of enrolment (date of full payment or first course payment).  Any refund amount owing will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation being approved.  Refunds will not be honoured after the money back guarantee period expires. A full refund cannot be granted if;

  • You have already submitted course work to your tutor for grading. 
  • You have completed the course, or a certificate has been issued for any module or the course as a whole.

In these cases, a partial tuition refund may be offered at our discretion.

For certificate and diplomas, certificates will only be issued once a minimum of 50% of the course fee has been received.

Our money-back guarantee is limited to a one-time use per customer and does not apply to subsequent purchases.

Change of Circumstances

We cannot accept responsibility for changes in your personal circumstances. Please choose your course carefully as refunds will not be given unless within a advertised money back guarentee period or in the unlikely event a course is cancelled by Vibe Learning or any of our partner courses. Once enrolled, full fees are required, even if you do not complete the course. Courses cannot be swapped or changed after the terms and conditions have been accepted and online access to the course has been provided.

No refund will be given if a student is expelled by Vibe Learning or one of our course partners for misconduct and/or bringing the course provider into disrepute.

Transferring a Course

Vibe Learning retain the sole discretion concerning whether a course may be transferred from you to a third party. Any such request must be made in writing. Each course enrolment is intended for the sole use of the individual registered at the time of purchase. Course access, login credentials, materials, and certifications are strictly non-transferable and may not be shared, distributed, or used by multiple individuals. Any violation of this policy, including shared access or login credentials, will result in the suspension or termination of the account without refund and may lead to further action.
