This course is amazing. I've learned so much valuable and helpful information. I had so much fun the whole time. My confidence has skyrocketed! I always thought I had to live with the communication problems I have and that was just the way it had to be. Now I have the hope and determination to change with all the tools you've given us and a lot of practice.

I knew going in, my communication skills needed a lot of work. I have downloaded the lessons and will continue to review them often. I am receiving terrific feedback from associates and customers as was stated in my original goals. This class has been, and will continue to be, a great asset for me. Thank you very much.

To be honest I was a bit skeptic at first, especially considering the course being offered on-line, and am very glad that I attended. Very useful and valuable material and very well presented. I wish I had taken this course sooner. I will definitely recommend it to family & friends.

I've been using the communication techniques from the lessons with my family members. I’ve gotten positive feedback, especially with my husband when we have issues that come up, during negotiations, or when we are discussing hot topics...The past few weeks have been liberating and have brought us closer together.

Since taking this class I developed a relationship with a sibling that I have never been close to and would talk to only once a year. We are very much alike and I feel like I’m talking to a younger version of myself. I even called her for advice and it made her day to help out her big sister for once.
